What do we do?
Our Hot Flow focuses on alignment of movement and breath. You will flow through the poses, becoming more aware of your whole body and being conscious of your breath. As the class advances, you will be moving faster through the poses, working more on your balance and core strength.
This class will complement your regular yoga practice with a full body workout. Adding resistance and intensity to each pose with light weights. Get ready to squat, lunge, work your core, engage your biceps and triceps, and everything else to build lean muscle mass.
EVOLVE STUDIO CYCLE & CORE
Our Studio Cycle class is a dynamic fat-burning cardio workout on state of the art Matrix Spin Cycles. Improve your cycling abilities with hill climbs, jumps, sprints, tempo rides, and time trials. Our added core classes allow you an extra 15 min to focus on your core along with deep stretching.
YOGA + HIIT
This class is our beauty and the beast of the studio. We combine the beauty of vinyasa style yoga with the beast of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Our 60 minute class goes like this:
15-20 minutes of vinyasa and core warm-up.
20 minutes of HIIT, circuit training, and more.
15-20 minutes of a vinyasa cool-down, ending in our savasana
Yoga Sculpt is a combination of Vinyasa yoga and strength training. It is a heated class but not hot. Yoga sculpt complements a Vinyasa practice because it strengthens the muscles that often are not worked in a Vinyasa class. Free weights are added to the Vinyasa practice creating resistance and intensifying each pose. Weights are always optional and yoga sculpt is a great body, mind, and spirit practice with or without weights. Strength training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep and tricep curls are incorporated to build lean muscle mass. There is a short cardio segment of class.
Each sculpt class is a little different combination of the following sequence:
Integration, intention, Sun A, Sun B with weights, Core engagement with push ups and biceps, Squat 1, cardio mandala, sculpt series 1, Squat 2, Sculpt series 2, glutes and chest, core, surrender series, savasana.
This class will be heated to around 80-85 degrees
BUTI B/Y YOGA
Tribal dance meets power yoga. Buti, in Indian Marathi, means "the cure to something hidden or kept secret." This practice is a high-intensity fusion of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format.
DEEP RESTORATIVE HOT YOGA
Masterful and intentional, DEEP is restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to connect mind to muscle and catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. Unlike other Buti® trademarked formats, DEEP is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle and restructure the deep core. DEEP is designed to prevent injury and restore innervation. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas.
KIDS CREATIVE MOVEMENT YOGA, ART, MUSIC
Geared towards school aged children
preschool- 5th grade
Creative Exploration allows kids the opportunity to be loud, to run, to allow their bodies and minds to experience the freedom that can be suppressed in everyday activities. Utilizing music, singing, exercise, and art, each class will cater to offering a way for the to explore the creativity from within. You may ask, “how is this yoga?” Kids find it hard to sit still, let alone in a single position, but this is Kids Yoga. Go that allows them to get in touch with their bodies, hearts, and minds, without to force to focus on one particular aspect of each. It allows them to breathe life to creative and just have fun. Yoga is fun and healthy and a great way to unify. This class is for your children to have time to feel the same freedom that yoga allows you.
In this one hour body sculpting class you will do challenging intervals on the spin bike followed by a creative strength circuit in our weight room. This Class will tone your muscles while decreasing your body fat and eight fun and effective way.
This class is a fusion of our hot yoga and hot flow, giving you the best of both worlds.
A gentle paced practice offering flexibility and calm with stretches held for several minutes. Heat adds therapeutic muscle lengthening and tension release. Heated Yin is a great addition to any athletic practice.
We offer classes for every level, and our instructors tune in to every person so they can get the attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please register online early.
